After a decade of stupendous successes, Rotary Bengaluru IT Corridor organised the 10th edition of the CAPGEMINI Bengaluru Midnight Marathon 2016, on December 10, 2016.
In this edition Mary Kom, Brand Ambassador was the absolute star. After unveiling the theme – Run for Happy Schools, she arrived on Race Day, flagged off the Women’s 10k Run and the Marathon and then ran the 10k Race herself. To her credit, she came in 6th overall. Over 125,000 Chinese ran the BMM in China this year. WOW! Its become the most awaited marathon there.
To sum up, the ‘Bengaluru Midnight Marathon’ influences the involvement and joy of giving to all strata of society and seamlessly reaches the needy.
